Are you guys pet friendly? 
We sure are! As pet owners ourselves, we understand the homeowner’s concerns regarding these issues; we know that every pet is a valued member of the family.  Unfortunately, we do not offer any sort of extra service such as feeding or walking your pet, or cleaning up their designated area.

 

Do I have to be at home at the time of service? 
This is entirely up to you; our concern is regarding our entry to your home.  If you are not available, please set up an arrangement for our entry; this could be by a mutual neighbor or your doorman if available.  If you live in a high-rise, please arrange a ‘permission to enter’ with your office or doorman.


What if I need to cancel? Do you have a cancelation fee?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of $20.



What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours to arrange an agreement.



What if something is damaged or broken? 
Our team is trained to be extra careful to prevent this kind of accidents; but if something is damaged or broken accidentally, please notify the crew leader and/or contact us immediately for replacement or repair. Ocd Cleaning Chicago is fully insured.
